Can't ask for better
I joined this company a few months ago as my old host was slow and down every 5 minutes, along with other hosts I've been with for the last few years.
The term useless cannot even be mentioned when talking about webhost UK.
There service is spot on and fast just like their lightning fast servers.
Our site has been down once in the last 3 months and that was less than a minute.
Their support is absolutely great and fast, 24 hours.
Top notch company to deal with, I will be staying here.

Excellent hosting experience
Signed up with Webhost.uk.net a couple of months ago and cannot find any words to express what a great experience it had been hosting with them. My account was activated instantly after I signed up.. I thought of going with their standard plan, to get an idea of their servers and support.
The network has been excellent and I haven't noticed any kind of network downtime or lag time while accessing the website. The company guarantees 99.99% uptime and to my surprise my website has been giving an uptime of 100% since I hosted with them.
I had a few questions understanding the control panel earlier, but the live chat and email support is friendly and went way beyond to help and make things understand. I am not much tech savvy person, and was facing issues while trying to do FTP to my website. Later with the help of the support people I noticed it was a firewall problem on my local machine. I had tried contacting them at different times of the day even during weekends, but the support was always there to help me.
I must say, Webhost.Uk.net is highly recommended for all those who are looking for a good web hosting company with peace of mind and fast servers with friendly support.
